Spex Hand Car Wash

Had a fantastic experience at Spex for an oil change. The owner was on-site and clearly cares about getting customer service right, personally making sure everything was handled well. He even threw in a free car wash, which was such a generous and thoughtful touch. The waiting area was great too, comfortable and clean with free WiFi, so the wait was easy. Beyond the service itself, the owner was just a genuinely kind, down-to-earth person to talk to. Spex handles complete detailing, hand car washing, auto repair, and oil changes, and based on this visit I'd trust them with all of it. Highly recommend if you want quality work paired with real hospitality.

Very terrible and poorly job, if you are looking for a well-done wash/detail find another place, don’t waste your time and money here. The pictures speak for themselves of the shitty job they did. DO NOT COME HERE.

This would be the last time I visit this business, the person who washed the body did great but the inside is untouched

I was skeptical about going here Saturday 3/7/26 and it was the worst experience I ever had at any car wash! I pulled off and realized they left my cup holder and trays filthy and When I called and asked to Speak to a manger a middle eastern man asked what do I need with a manger i told him they didn’t clean the trays in my car, He then proceeded to mock me in a nagging voice while I’m on the phone!! When I asked him are you mocking me he simply said come back and I’ll fix it not even an apology on the phone or when i got there. When I confronted him about mocking me he told me don’t disrespect him and be respectful. I told him he was rude and disrespectful for mocking me. Then a Hispanic man in a blue hoodie cleaned the trays and proceeded to say something in Spanish and told me don’t come here. $30 dollars for a car wash was not worth it especially coming from the city. Should went to suds on Green Bay they never miss and are always polite.
